GIFT CARD DETAILS:
1. Gift Card can be redeemed online at www.swaravow.com
2. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards
3. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking.
4. Gift Cards will expire after 6 months from the date of issue and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter.
5. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
6. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards.
7. Gift Card number is confidential. In the event of any misuse of Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, Nicobar shall not be responsible for the same and no refund can be issued.
8. Validity of Gift Cards cannot be extended, new Gift Cards cannot be provided against the expired/unused Gift Cards.
Swara-Voice of Women shall make all endeavors to deliver defect-free products to the purchasers. Swara-Voice of Women does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by Swara-Voice of Women. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. The defective and/or damaged goods so received shall be communicated to Swara-Voice of Women within 48 hours of its receipt. Any communication received after 48 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty even in case the said product has been wrongly delivered.
Swara - Voice of Women holds the sole discretion to determine whether a refund can be issued.
• An incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email
• If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
• Any accessories like Jewellery, Bags are not applicable for exchange.
• If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 2 days of delivery with the following information: –
Order number – Delivery address – Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
